The price depends on a few things — your home’s size and type, how often you’d like us to clean, the condition of your home, and the estimated duration required.
3) Is there a minimum number of hours per session?
No minimum is required. However, based on your home size and type of cleaning, we may recommend a minimum duration to ensure the best results.
4) What if I need to cancel?
We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Without this notice, the full session fee will apply.
5) Will I always get the same cleaner?
We’ll do our best to send the same cleaner each time for consistency. If there are changes due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll let you know in advance.
6) Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
It’s great if someone is home, but it’s not mandatory. If you can’t be there, that’s fine too — just let us know how to access your home safely.
7) Can I request extra cleaning on the spot?
Yes, absolutely. Additional cleaning can be arranged at S$30 per cleaner, per hour.
8) Can I customize the cleaning service or package?
